Elle Chan

Having gained deep experience in project management at Industrial Light + Magic (ILM), Lucasfilm’s premier visual effects film company, Elle Chan co-founded Trademark Event Productions, Inc. in 1998 to fuse the discipline and artistry of project management to corporate event production.

In her 15 years as Executive Producer at Trademark Events, Elle has driven client acquisition, account services and finance, in addition to managing critical account services for clients in the technology (Google), retail (Lacoste), entertainment (Lucasfilm), financial services (AXA Rosenberg), medical technology (Bausch+Lomb) and pharmaceutical (Genentech) industries, to name just a few.

Under her guidance, the company expanded its team and diversified its scope of services to include: marketing tours and conferences across the US, evaluation and proposal of strategic marketing programs, tradeshow properties and management, and press events. The success of these offerings has earned Trademark long-term client relationships that have been the core of its business.

Prior to founding Trademark, Elle’s work as a Commercials Producer and Production Manager at ILM included managing multi-million dollar commercial film shoots for international clients including Acura, 3M, Nike, Mitsubishi, Pepsi, BMW and Perrier.

Elle’s education and early career in film production included sold-out screenings of her videos at film festivals in San Francisco and Vancouver BC, as well as speaking engagements on KQED National Public Radio and at Stanford University.  Elle earned a B.A degree in Video Production and Advertising from Hampshire College, Amherst, MA.

Elle lives with her family in Menlo Park, CA.  Trademark Event Productions, Inc. is headquartered in San Francisco and operates nationwide.
