With 15 years experience, Ros is a seasoned recruiter in the creative industries having recruited for studios in VFX, Animation and Games.

Past credits include: Black Panther, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Super Pets, Captain Marvel, The Lego Movie 2, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

An adventurous globetrotter, Ros spent many years recruiting in Canada and Australia, before settling back in Europe as part of PXL Talent, a global executive search firm for the creative industries where she oversees the Animation and Technology divisions.
