This year, we will be having in-person panels in 25 cities around the world, making this truly a global event. The Nomination team is excited to announce that for the first time, we will have in-person panels in Munich, Milan, Seoul, Singapore, Adelaide, Chennai and Orlando! Click here to see the list of all the cities and sign up before November 31st.

 

Should I register for an in-person or a virtual voting panel?

In-person

  • Considered by many to be the premier networking event of the year and a great opportunity to meet fellow VES members in your local area
  • See the media on theater-size screens
  • Connect with old and new friends
  • Lunch and refreshments provided
  • There is nothing to prepare in advance. You’ll just need to bring a personal device (phone, tablet, laptop) that can run an app and connect to WIFI.

Virtual Panels

  • Participate from the comfort of your home and save time and energy by not traveling
  • Perfect for those who don’t prefer large groups
  • Meet VES Members (virtually) who you might not normally engage with due to geographic distance
  • You can participate from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection
  • You will need a tablet or larger to view the media while maintaining a zoom camera connection
  • You will need to be on camera for the duration of the media viewing
