VFX Producer

Toni Pace Carstensen

It is my privilege to have been a member of the Executive Committee for the very first Board of Directors—and  I have had the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors for multiple terms.  I have also enjoyed my collaboration with our LA Section Board of Managers expanding our members’ creative and commercial opportunities in new areas of art, business and technology.

Toni Pace Carstensen
helps people to achieve peak performance—individually, in teams, at work and at play.  She has worked on major VFX driven feature films: Avatar, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Minority Report; TV shows: StarTrek: The Original Series (Remastered), Pushing Daisies, X-Files, and Outer Limits; and theme park rides: Mission: Space and StarTrek Voyager: Borg Encounter.  She taught the Business of VFX at Gnomon School of Visual Effects, and has guest lectured at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, Walt Disney Imagineering and Otis College of Art and Design.  She has two years of graduate school in physiological psychology with a specialization in neuroscience—advancing as far as passing her Ph.D. qualifying exams.
