Dario Siero Garcia

Computer engineer specialized in VFX compositing at Escape Studios, London. Working since 2012 with Nuke, with  knowledge of other software like Adobe AE, Maya, Mari, Mocha or Silhouette FX. I have experience as lead compositor, compositing supervisor and on-set supervisor.

I also create tools to automate processes using gizmos and scripts (Pyhton, Tcl), always focusing on the optimization of the compositing scripts and pipeline. Recently I’ve being working on integrating AI libraries and tools into the VFX pipeline.

On 2016 I was part of the team winner of the VES Award Outstanding Compositing in a Photoreal Episode for the Game of Throne's episode: Hardhome. In 2022, I was the Compositing Supervisor of the feature film “Modelo 77”, that received the Goya Award for best VFX. Next year I was VFX Supervisor on one of the companies involved in “Society of Snow”, also winner of the Goya Award for best Visual Effects.
