The VFX Spotlight is part of RTC’s Spotlight Events—a new series of in-person, collaborative gatherings designed to equip top professionals with actionable strategies for leveraging Real-Time 3D technologies and AI-powered solutions.
Organized with the support of Adobe, The Third Floor (TTF), and the Visual Effects Society (VES), the VFX Spotlight brings together industry leaders to explore bold strategies for thriving amid rapid technological evolution and successive global challenges.

The structure of the event follows the same pattern for each strategy:
A closing panel will bring together the day’s speakers and panelists to synthesize key takeaways, define actionable outputs, and offer a strategic outlook on the integration of AI and the strategies VFX studios have implemented to thrive during a time of rapid technological evolution (real-time, AI) and successive crises (COVID, strikes, global warming, …).
The event will conclude with a cocktail reception from 7 to 9 pm, providing fantastic networking opportunities with leaders of the VFX community.
