On October 30th, we’ll be joined by industry experts Rachel Copp, VFX Producer at Rising Sun Pictures, and Mike Glasswell, Animation Supervisor at Mukpuddy Animation. They’ll share their unique insights and experiences in crafting unforgettable characters, from the Emmy-nominated Miss Minutes in Loki Season 2 to the beloved world of Badjelly the Witch. Rachel Copp: A seasoned VFX Producer with 16+ years of experience across film, TV, and games, Rachel’s expertise and leadership have been vital since she joined Rising Sun Pictures in 2022. She also serves as the co-chair of the VES New Zealand division.
Mike Glasswell: A professional animator and illustrator since 2006, Mike brings a creative and eccentric flair to every project. As an animation supervisor at Mukpuddy, he’s worked on acclaimed series like Badjelly, bringing characters to life across TV, advertisements, and children’s books.
